Management and Board

Leadership at H+H

H+H International A/S is led by a Board of Directors and an Executive Board — independent of each other, with clearly defined responsibilities. Together they ensure that the company is run in the interests of shareholders, employees, and the wider stakeholder community.

Management structure

How H+H is governed

H+H operates under Danish corporate law with a clear separation of duties. The Board of Directors sets strategy, oversees performance, and is elected annually at the general meeting. The Executive Board is responsible for day-to-day management — running operations, proposing strategy, and presenting budgets and plans to the Board of Directors.

No person holds dual membership in both boards. H+H International A/S is the ultimate parent company of all H+H Group companies.
