For shareholders of H+H
Everything you need to participate as a shareholder of H+H — Annual General Meeting details, official documents, and direct access to the H+H Shareholder Portal.
About general meetings
Shareholders exercise their decision-making rights at H+H's general meetings — in person, by proxy, or by postal vote.
Three to five weeks before each meeting, H+H publishes a notice by email. To receive it, please register your email address on the Shareholder Portal. The notice includes a combined proxy and voting form, allowing you to vote specifically on each agenda item. All meeting material is published on this website at least three weeks before the meeting.
Resolutions are generally passed by simple majority. The exception is amendments to the Articles of Association, which require at least two-thirds of the votes cast and of the share capital represented at the meeting.
The right to attend and vote is determined by shares held on the record date — one week before the meeting. Applications for admission cards close three days before the meeting.
After the meeting, resolutions are announced immediately following its close. The minutes are published on this website no later than two weeks after the meeting.

Common questions
How do I become a registered shareholder?
To use the Shareholder Portal, you must be registered by name in the H+H register of shareholders. If you are not yet registered by name, please contact your depository bank to arrange this. Without name registration, H+H cannot communicate directly with you — including AGM notices.
How do I log in to the Portal?
You can log in using NemID or a username (VP ID) and password. If you don't yet have a VP ID and password, please contact Computershare A/S (see Support below) to request them.
How do I register or change my email address?
At your first login to the Shareholder Portal, please register an email address — this is also used to send notices of general meetings in the future.
Immediately after registration, you will receive a confirmation email with an activation link. You must click this link to complete registration.
To change your email address later, log in to the Portal and update it under 'Personal data'. It is each shareholder's responsibility to keep this address current to ensure receipt of AGM notices and other communications.
What's the difference between general and sensitive communications?
Emails sent by H+H to your registered email address contain only general market-public information.
Personal or sensitive information — such as your number of shares, your voting rights, or your portfolio details — is only accessible after secure login to the Portal (via NemID or VP ID). This ensures that confidential shareholder data is never sent in plain emails.
What does H+H communicate to its shareholders?
H+H International A/S communicates directly only with shareholders registered by name. This includes:
- Notices of general meetings
- Annual reports and interim financial reports
- Other company announcements
To receive these communications by email, you must have an email address registered in the Shareholder Portal. Without it, you may not be informed of upcoming meetings or new reports.
